Enna
Enna has become especially famous because of its unique panoramic view.
It is the geographical center of Sicily, and also the highest point in Central Sicily, sitting 931 m above sea level (3051 feet). Other sights worth a visit include the magnificent Cathedral and the fortress “Castello Lombardia”, built by Frederick II in the 13th century.
A visit to Enna could be included on your journey to Agrigento, or it could be combined with a visit to the Roman Villa of Piazza Armerina.
